What influence(s), if any, do non-arbitrators have on the decision of the arbitration tribunal?
Whether they are lawyers, witnesses, experts designated by the parties, economic intelligence firm, third-party funder, amici curiae, arbitration secretaries, court-designated experts, appointing authorities, « juge d’appui », stenographers or conference interpreters,
arbitration centers, standards organizations, artificial intelligence providers, communication media…. Non-arbitrators are ubiquitous in arbitration, and they influence it.
