What does a certified translation look like?
- Presentation identical to the original
- No translation of grades
- Translator’s expert stamp with date and certifying accuracy
- Unique number appearing on both the original and the translation
- Translator’s expert signature
How to request a certified translation:
- Send a copy of the document by email for a quote, including the back of the document and the apostille
- Assess your need: translation based on the original? On an electronic copy?
- Quote sent by email
And then?
- For a translation based on the original, send the original by post (tracked mail) or make an appointment to drop off the original
- Indicate the payment method (cash or bank transfer)
- Wait for your translation; the document is sent by mail (pdf) and by post
- Do not forget to pay.
